Agreement

These terms cover booth and speaker video packages sold by Unicorn Vids on www.unicornvids.com. Booking a package, paying for one, or confirming a shoot by email or on a call means you agree to them.

Packages and prices

Prices on the site are the prices for these packages:

• Booth Highlight, $500
• Booth Story, $1,500
• Booth Amplify, $2,500
• Speaker Highlight, $700

A brochure is at www.unicornvids.com/unicorn-vids-packages-brochure.pdf. Custom work and bigger coverage are scoped on a call.

Booking

A call or an email confirms the shoot window, the package, and the delivery day. Book the call on Cal.com. If you already know the booth number, or the session time if you are speaking, write sol@unicornvids.com.

What you provide

• For a booth package, access to the booth for the booked window.
• For Speaker Highlight, the session time and the room.
• Permission from anyone who will be on camera.
• For Booth Story and Booth Amplify, one person for an interview of about 10 to 15 minutes.
• For Speaker Highlight, a few minutes after the session for the interview.

We bring the camera. For a booth package, we also bring the shot list.

Delivery

• Booth Highlight: within 5 business days.
• Booth Story: within 7 business days.
• Booth Amplify: the first batch within 7 to 10 business days.
• Speaker Highlight: after the session and the interview. The call sets that delivery day.

Revisions

Where the package includes it, revisions are a light alternate-hook pass on the strongest clips. Booth Story includes that pass. Booth Amplify includes it, and adds one check-in in week 3 to swap weak posts for stronger cuts from footage already shot.

A new shoot or a major re-edit is scoped separately.

Use of the files

You may use the finished files on your channels. Unicorn Vids may use select footage in our portfolio unless you opt out in writing before the shoot. Email sol@unicornvids.com before the shoot if you want that opt-out.

Unused footage

We may keep unused footage or discard it, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Payment

Payment is due as stated at booking, or at Stripe checkout when payment is offered there. We may wait to start the work, or to deliver the files, until payment has cleared.

Cancellation and reschedule

Email sol@unicornvids.com to cancel or move the shoot window. Give reasonable notice so the time can be released. A same-day no-show may forfeit the shoot fee.

If we have to cancel, we will offer a new window or refund the fees you paid for that package.

Limitation of liability

Our liability for a package is limited to the fees you paid for that package.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of California, USA.
