Unicorn Vids films booth coverage for exhibitors and a highlight reel for speakers. This policy covers www.unicornvids.com.

What we collect

Email. If you write to us, we keep the address you wrote from, your message, and any files you attach.

Booking. If you book a call on Cal.com, Cal.com collects the name, email, time, and notes you enter on the booking form.

Payment. If you pay through Stripe, Stripe processes the payment. We do not store full card numbers. We may keep the package name, the amount, and the invoice or receipt.

How we use it

We use this information to reply to inquiries, book shoots, deliver the package you bought, and send invoices or receipts.

Who else processes it

These companies may process personal information so we can run the site and do the job:

• Google Workspace, for email
• Cal.com, for booking
• Stripe, for payments
• Vercel, for hosting this website

How long we keep it

We keep information for as long as we need it for the job and for ordinary business records. That includes booking notes, delivery, and invoices.

Your choices

Email sol@unicornvids.com to ask us to correct or delete contact information we hold. We will correct or delete it, except where we still need the record for a booking, an invoice, or a legal requirement.

No sale of personal information

We do not sell personal information.
